These terms govern the use of GestiQuinc, a hardware store management platform offered by BalloVsionPro.
Service purpose
GestiQuinc helps shops organize products, inventory, sales, customer credit, cash operations and agent access.
Account and access
Each user must provide accurate information, keep their password secure and use only the access assigned to them. The owner remains responsible for the users invited to their shop.
Shop data
Each shop keeps its data in a separate workspace. The user remains responsible for the information, prices, products, sales and operations entered in their workspace.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure. Features may change to improve the platform, its security or its reliability.
Plans and subscription
Plans and their limits are shown before a workspace is created. Payment terms will be specified when payment methods are officially activated.
